Graphite Electrode

Features: Homogeneous texture, low ash content, high density, excellent resistance to high temperature, oxidation resistanceand good thermal shock resistance. Also has excellent electric conductivity and tough mechanical strength.
Application:
Graphite electrode is mainly used for steel-making in electric arc furnaces. It is also used for making ferroalloy, pure silicon, yellow phosphorus, copper matte and calcium carbide in a submerged arc furnace. Besides, it can also be used for furnace top and furnace liner in resistance furnace, and for making various irregular-shaped parts.

Carbon Rod

Features:
Low Density, low specific resistance, fine grain size, low ash content, good mechanical, electrical and thermal properties for easy precision machining.

Application:
It is used as electrode in small metallurgical furnace, calcium carbide furnace, aluminum silicate cotton furnace, electro baked magnesite furnace,ceramicitefurnace to produce fire-resistant material and vacuum vessel material. Besides, it can be used for making electrolyticmanganesepowder.
